How to Place Orders

Please contact us via email, fax, or phone with your contact information.

It would be helpful to identify if you could have the following information:

Shipping charges are calculated by size, weight and destination.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policies

If you wish to change or cancel an order before dispatch please contact us immediately.

It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:

- Customer name
- Name of the item
- Date of the order

Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to contact us within 3 days of delivery.
